DEC 2–4, 2026 | LAGUNA BEACH, CA

quarterly
event q4-26
“PUT YOUR BUSINESS ON THE TABLE”

BRING THE BUSINESS YOU HAVE. BUILD THE PLAN IT NEEDS.

Bring your current numbers, pipeline, team structure, and the decision you have been avoiding. The room will work from what the business actually produced over the last 90 days, not what was intended or promised. By the end of the summit, you will have named the constraint, made the decisions around it, and built a 90-day operating plan with owners, deadlines, and a scorecard. Registration is $799.

A THREE-DAY WORKING SUMMIT FOR BUSINESS OWNERS

DECEMBER 2–4, 2026 | LAGUNA BEACH, CA

quarterly event q4-26
“PUT YOUR BUSINESS ON THE TABLE”

BRING THE BUSINESS YOU HAVE. BUILD THE PLAN IT NEEDS.

Bring your current numbers, pipeline, team structure, and the decision you have been avoiding. The room will work from what the business actually produced over the last 90 days, not what was intended or promised. By the end of the summit, you will have named the constraint, made the decisions around it, and built a 90-day operating plan with owners, deadlines, and a scorecard. Registration is $799.

YOUR BUSINESS IS
TELLING THE TRUTH

FIND THE CONSTRAINT BEFORE YOU BUILD ANOTHER PLAN.

Your business has already produced the evidence. Revenue, margin, pipeline, missed commitments, team friction, and the work that still comes back to you show where the constraint lives. The purpose of the room is to separate that constraint from the noise, challenge the story around it, and decide what must change before another quarter begins.

  • Your numbers show where growth is profitable, where margin is being traded for activity, and where the current plan is asking the business to support something it cannot.

  • Your pipeline shows whether the problem begins with attention, the offer, conversion, follow-up, or retention. We follow the breakdown to the point where revenue is actually being lost.

  • Your operations show where ownership is unclear, handoffs fail, and decisions continue to return to you. The team cannot execute a standard that has never been made explicit.

  • One priority gets chosen before another initiative is added. That choice determines what receives time, money, ownership, and measurement for the next 90 days.

NUMBERS CONSTRAINT DECISIONS 90-DAY PLAN

DAY 1 | BEING, BODY & BALANCE

WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 2

08:00 AM | ARRIVAL & OPENING
THE BEING AUDIT

  • BEING AUDIT: Who you are vs who you said you’d become

Identity check. No performance. Just truth about who showed up for 90 days.

  • LUNCH

    We meet on the fields.

  • BODY AUDIT: Did your discipline hold?

Your body tells the truth. It is the first place the standard shows or disappears.

  • BALANCE AUDIT: Family, structure, and alignment

Look at what your calendar and closest relationships say about the quarter you actually lived.

  • 90-DAY REVIEW: Where the standard held and where it disappeared

The room works from facts, not the story you built around them.

  • EVENING:

Brotherhood without another presentation. The conversations continue with the men who spent the day inside the same work.

DAY 2 | BUILD THE 90-DAY PLAN

THURSDAY, DECEMBER 3

08:00 AM | OPENING
CHOOSE THE PRIORITY

  • PRIORITY REVIEW: Choose what deserves the next 90 days

Decide which constraint comes first and what must wait.

  • GROWTH DECISIONS

Choose the offer, pipeline, sales, and retention moves the numbers support.

  • HOT SEATS & CORRECTIONS: Put the plan in front of the room

Answer direct questions and correct weak assumptions before they become another quarter of wasted work.

  • 90-DAY OPERATING PLAN: Assign the work

Set the owner, deadline, number, and weekly scorecard for every committed action.

  • 17:00 | CLOSE:

State what changes Monday morning and how the result will be measured.

  • You leave with a documented operating plan, not another notebook of ideas.

READ THE BUSINESS

Before advice, the room needs evidence. We look at what moved over the last 90 days across revenue, margin, pipeline, team capacity, and owner time. The gap between the plan and the result becomes visible before anyone proposes the next move.

NAME THE CONSTRAINT

A business can have ten real problems and still have one constraint that matters most. The room tests the diagnosis against the numbers and the operating reality. If the diagnosis does not hold, the plan does not get built on top of it.

MAKE THE DECISIONS

Once the constraint is clear, the decisions become harder and more useful. What stops, what continues, who owns the work, and where money and attention move next all get decided in the room. Every commitment must survive the numbers.

BUILD THE 90-DAY PLAN

The decisions are translated into owners, deadlines, measures, and a weekly scorecard. The plan shows what happens first, what gets reviewed every week, and what number will prove whether the move is working. Monday morning is already accounted for before you leave.

LED BY COACH

SAM FALSAFI

Founder & CEO

Sam Falsafi, founder of Warrior Week and leader of the Syndicate Council, directs the work. This is not a curriculum delivered the same way every quarter. The businesses, numbers, failures, wins, and unresolved decisions in the room determine where the pressure goes. Attendees are expected to show the truth, accept correction, and leave with decisions they can execute.

THIS ROOM IS FOR OWNERS WHO:

  • You already operate a real business and are willing to show the numbers.
  • You can accept direct questions about the offer, team, operations, and your own leadership.
  • You will choose one priority and commit to measuring it for the next 90 days.

FAQ: STILL HAVE QUESTIONS?

This summit is built for owners with a real operating business, current numbers, and decisions that cannot remain unresolved. You should be willing to put the business in front of the room and work from evidence.
That is the right kind of problem to bring. The work is not about starting over. It is about identifying the constraint inside an existing business and deciding what the next 90 days require.

You will not spend the summit collecting general business advice. You will work from your own numbers, pipeline, team structure, and operating problems, then build a plan around the constraint the evidence reveals.

No event can guarantee a business result. The value comes from bringing accurate information, accepting direct feedback, and executing the plan after the summit.
Registration is $799, plus your travel and lodging. If that cost would put pressure on the business, contact the team before registering and decide from the numbers rather than urgency.

This is an in-person event at Warrior Week HQ in the Laguna Beach area. There is no online attendance option. Contact the team before booking travel if you need help confirming logistics.

The summit works best when you have enough operating history to bring real revenue, pipeline, customer, and team information. If you are still at the idea stage, contact the team before registering so they can confirm fit.

The event runs December 2–4, 2026, at Warrior Week HQ in the Laguna Beach area. Day one begins with the Being Audit and continues with the Body, Balance, and 90-Day reviews. Plan to be in the room for the full event.

All black. Wear a black shirt or polo, black jeans or slacks, and black footwear without visible graphics or patterns.

QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU RESERVE?

BRING THE BUSINESS. LEAVE WITH THE PLAN.

You should not leave merely motivated. You should know where the business is constrained, which decision was made, what stops immediately, and how progress will be measured every week. The next quarter begins with a plan that is already ASSIGNED
